A must-attend seminar for managers (or up-and-coming managers!) Attendees will discuss the four general categories of employees in the workplace and unravel the differences among the four groups. The best workplace teams consist of people from each of these four groups.
Attendees will learn to identify and appreciate the differences and use them to their advantage as they work together. Through group exercises and discussion, managers will be armed with knowledge to better resolve conflict among employees and determine how each group can best work together.
