• Ensuring or correcting overtime, holiday hours, or paid time off
• Approving paid time off in the portal
• What to do when an employee has no hours to report
• When and how to report a term or furlough for payroll
• How to change an employee type/status
• When and how to submit new hires for payroll
• How to change a pay rate in the system
• How to process or request bonuses, commissions, or other supplemental pay
• Exploring options for exporting or importing data with other systems
• Payroll reporting in data retriever
