Provide day to day administrative support to the EVP of Tandem HR. Learn the intricacies of all areas of the organization, support day to day interactions as well as assist with mid to long-term planning and execution of strategies. Strategic thinking, operating at a fast pace, attention to detail and confidentiality are critical for success in this role.
The HR Assistant performs a variety of technical and administrative duties in our Human Capital Management (HCM) – PrismHR – relating to personnel functions and programs including the areas of employment recruitment, workers compensation, benefits administration, classification and compensation, employee relations, and liability claims. The position also provides information and assistance to worksite employees regarding human resources activities, processes, policies, and procedures; prepares various correspondence and memoranda; coordinates activities related to area of assignment; and performs a variety of tasks requiring specialized knowledge related to area of assignment.
The HR Consultant successfully collaborates with an internal team of payroll, benefits, and recruiting specialists to provide a full range of quality HR services. There is significant interaction with a variety of others in situations that require sensitivity, flexibility and the ability to influence others. The HR Consultant is comfortable speaking with the Executive Team with regard to matters of significance.
Provides support to the payroll department and ensures the timely and accurate processing of payroll records by compiling and organizing data, processing custom reports for clients, payroll banking, new hire and termination reporting, payroll miscellaneous billing, payroll scheduling, inventory tracking/supply ordering and shipping duties.
Responsible for growing and maintaining client loyalty within the portfolio of assigned accounts using both client service and human resources management skills. This position monitors results, manages the preparation of reports supporting client retention, client portfolio activities and related client service and HR metrics.
