Time & Labor/Payroll Implementation Specialist
This individual leads the implementation of Time & Labor and Payroll solutions for our new clients. This includes gathering the historical information, migrating and importing client data, and testing in TandemHR’s Time and Labor and Payroll systems. This incumbent will conduct demos and training for the end-user and managers of the system as well as troubleshoot and provide ongoing maintenance. This position will report into the Implementation Project Manager to ensure a successful and smooth new client experience.
Sales Team Coordinator
As the Sales Team Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the sales team and will work to keep the team organized and functioning at an optimal level. This position requires an individual that is a self-starter, enthusiastic and highly organized. Under the supervision of the CCO, you will coordinate and organize administrative and project activities for the department. HR Manager – Part-time
Provide recommendations to Executive Leadership Team to refine, build, implement and manage strategic and tactical Human Resource systems, processes and initiatives. Develops talent management and retention strategies and implement plans, programs and policies. Facilitate employee-led committees whose mission is to enhance the company’s culture. Carry out responsibilities in the functional areas of employee relations, compensation, benefits, organization development and culture. Provide recommendations to and work closely with the Executive Leadership team in all areas of human resources.
Senior HR Consultant
Responsible for growing and maintaining client loyalty within the portfolio of assigned accounts using both client service and human resources management skills. This position monitors results, manages the preparation of reports supporting client retention, client portfolio activities and related client service and HR metrics.
Handling a full range of human resource and benefit functions: including benefits, employee relations, administration of various employee benefit plans such as life, health, dental, and disability insurances. Conducting new employee orientations, processing employee new hires, annual open enrollment, continuous review of all policies and procedures, training and development, and other tasks in a client service oriented environment.
The HR Assistant performs a variety of technical and administrative duties in our Human Capital Management (HCM) – PrismHR – relating to personnel functions and programs including the areas of employment recruitment, workers compensation, benefits administration, classification and compensation, employee relations, and liability claims. The position also provides information and assistance to worksite employees regarding human resources activities, processes, policies, and procedures; prepares various correspondence and memoranda; coordinates activities related to area of assignment; and performs a variety of tasks requiring specialized knowledge related to area of assignment.
Benefit Compliance Coordinator
With guidance from the Benefit Accounting Specialist II ensure timely and accurate processing of COBRA Insurance benefits and perform calculations pertaining to Affordable Care Act (ACA) administration while ensuring compliance with the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) and Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).
