Benefits Account Consultant – Benefits Solutions Group

The Benefits Solutions Group Account Consultant will manage a book of business of various employee benefit plans such as health, dental, and ancillary insurances. Responsible for day to day benefits needs of the client/employee. Act as liaison between client/employee and vendors.

Benefits Specialist

Partner with and take day to day direction from another Benefits Specialist to ensure all administrative duties related to benefits are completed appropriately and within timelines/deadlines. Answer questions related to benefits and assist work site employees with benefits questions and/or issues. Assist with open enrollment and wellness program.

HR Assistant

The HR Assistant performs a variety of technical and administrative duties in our Human Capital Management (HCM) – PrismHR – relating to personnel functions and programs including the areas of employment recruitment, workers compensation, benefits administration, classification and compensation, employee relations, and liability claims. The position also provides information and assistance to worksite employees regarding human resources activities, processes, policies, and procedures; prepares various correspondence and memoranda; coordinates activities related to area of assignment; and performs a variety of tasks requiring specialized knowledge related to area of assignment.

HR Consultant

The HR Consultant successfully collaborates with an internal team of payroll, benefits, and recruiting specialists to provide a full range of quality HR services. There is significant interaction with a variety of others in situations that require sensitivity, flexibility and the ability to influence others. The HR Consultant is comfortable speaking with the Executive Team with regard to matters of significance.

HR Shared Services Manager

Under general direction, the HR Shared Services Manager will work within the Client Delivery Department, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of HR, Client Service. This role provides operational leadership and support to the Shared Services staff. This role is accountable for ensuring all employee, manager and HR team inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, cost-effective, timely manner. As a member of the management team, this role ensures that changing HR service needs are addressed in the most responsive and efficient manner possible with a focus on providing exceptional service to Tandem clients. The HR Shared Services Manager is responsible for monitoring calls and email requests, providing coaching and improving processes and procedures. Critical thinking and written and verbal communication skills are essential to this position.

Senior HR Consultant

Responsible for growing and maintaining client loyalty within the portfolio of assigned accounts using both client service and human resources management skills. This position monitors results, manages the preparation of reports supporting client retention, client portfolio activities and related client service and HR metrics.
