Accounting Summer Intern

The Accounting Intern is responsible for recording the commissions received, as well as recording other daily receipts in compliance with financial policies and procedures and in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner. All duties will be accomplished with an eye towards process improvement and efficiency.

Benefits Account Consultant (Benefits Solutions Group)

Manage a book of business of various employee benefit plans such as health, dental, and ancillary insurances. Responsible for day to day benefits needs of the client/employee. Act as liaison between client/employee and vendors.

Benefits Manager

Manage the day to day operations of the Benefits Administration team and processes. Ensure all administrative and client facing duties related to Tandem HR benefits are completed appropriately and within deadlines. Manage the client and worksite employee relationships with regard to benefits. Stay informed regarding applicable laws and regulations. Oversee the reconciliation and compliance of all enrollments. Assist in the resolution of any escalated inquiries. Manage a team of ten (10) benefits professionals.

Benefits Specialist

Partner with and take day to day direction from Benefits Specialist II to insure all administrative duties related to benefits are completed appropriately and within timelines/deadlines. Answer questions related to benefits and assist work-site employees with benefits questions and/or issues. Assist with open enrollment and wellness program.

Business Development Manager (Milwaukee, WI)

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying leads, prospecting, proposing and closing deals while keeping a strong pipeline of organizations interested in PEO services within the small to mid-size market.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying leads, prospecting, proposing and closing deals while keeping a strong pipeline of organizations interested in PEO services within the small to mid-size market.

Executive Assistant

Provide day to day administrative support to the EVP of Tandem HR. Learn the intricacies of all areas of the organization, support day to day interactions as well as assist with mid to long-term planning and execution of strategies. Strategic thinking, operating at a fast pace, attention to detail and confidentiality are critical for success in this role.

HR Consultant

The HR Consultant successfully collaborates with an internal team of payroll, benefits, and recruiting specialists to provide a full range of quality HR services. There is significant interaction with a variety of others in situations that require sensitivity, flexibility and the ability to influence others. The HR Consultant is comfortable speaking with the Executive Team with regard to matters of significance.

Senior HR Consultant

Responsible for growing and maintaining client loyalty within the portfolio of assigned accounts using both client service and human resources management skills. This position monitors results, manages the preparation of reports supporting client retention, client portfolio activities and related client service and HR metrics.
