As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying leads, prospecting, proposing and closing deals while keeping a strong pipeline of organizations interested in PEO services within the small to mid-size market.

Benefits Manager

Manage the day to day operations of the Benefits Administration team and processes. Ensure all administrative and client facing duties related to Tandem HR benefits are completed appropriately and within deadlines. Manage the client and worksite employee relationships with regard to benefits. Stay informed regarding applicable laws and regulations. Oversee the reconciliation and compliance of all enrollments. Assist in the resolution of any escalated inquiries. Manage a team of ten (10) benefits professionals.

Executive Assistant

Provide day to day administrative support to the EVP of Tandem HR. Learn the intricacies of all areas of the organization, support day to day interactions as well as assist with mid to long-term planning and execution of strategies. Strategic thinking, operating at a fast pace, attention to detail and confidentiality are critical for success in this role.

HR Consultant (Milwaukee, WI)

The Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for providing full HR support to industry-diverse clients to ensure they are compliant with all employment laws. The HR Consultant successfully collaborates with an internal team of payroll, benefits, and HR specialists to provide a full range of high-quality HR services.

Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist operates independently with direction and guidance in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of client payroll invoice and work-site employee paychecks by working with the client and other internal team members to compile, organize, enter, review, and process payroll-related information in HR Pyramid (HRP).

Payroll Manager

The Payroll Manager role will focus on managing and developing client-facing employees through coaching, training, and empowerment, in order to maximize their, the team’s, and the company’s overall performance. This role will also lead continuous improvement initiatives, act as an escalation point for matters of high complexity, and service turn around.
