The Benefits Coordinator assists in the administration of various employee benefit plans such as health, dental, and ancillary insurances. The right fit for this role will be responsible for day to day benefits needs of the client/employee. Act as liaison between client/employee and vendors.
With guidance from the Benefit Accounting Specialist II ensure timely and accurate processing of COBRA Insurance benefits and perform calculations pertaining to Affordable Care Act (ACA) administration while ensuring compliance with the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) and Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).
Partner with and take day to day direction from Benefits Specialist II to ensure all administrative duties related to benefits are completed appropriately and within timelines/deadlines. Answer questions related to benefits and assist work site employees with benefits questions and/or issues. Assist with open enrollment and wellness program.
The HR Assistant performs a variety of technical and administrative duties in our Human Capital Management (HCM) – PrismHR – relating to personnel functions and programs including the areas of employment recruitment, workers compensation, benefits administration, classification and compensation, employee relations, and liability claims. The position also provides information and assistance to work site employees regarding human resources activities, processes, policies, and procedures; prepares various correspondence and memorandum; coordinates activities related to area of assignment; and performs a variety of tasks requiring specialized knowledge related to area of assignment.
This individual leads the implementation of Time & Labor and Payroll solutions for our new clients. This includes gathering the historical information, migrating and importing client data, and testing in Tandem HR’s Time and Labor and Payroll systems. This incumbent will conduct demos and training for the end-user and managers of the system as well as troubleshoot and provide ongoing maintenance. This position will report into the Implementation Project Manager to ensure a successful and smooth new client experience.
As the Sales Team Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the sales team and will work to keep the team organized and functioning at an optimal level. This position requires an individual that is a self-starter, enthusiastic and highly organized. Under the supervision of the CCO, you will coordinate and organize administrative and project activities for the department. Demonstrate a commitment to the mission and service values of Tandem HR, exhibit a service orientation, and adhere to all responsibilities and standards of the organization.
Responsible for growing and maintaining client loyalty within the portfolio of assigned accounts using both client service and human resources management skills. This position monitors results, manages the preparation of reports supporting client retention, client portfolio activities and related client service and HR metrics.
